Who we are

HM Optimisation mBrain is a private limited company registered in Estonia, registry code 14811819. Contact: klaus[at]hmoptimisation.com.

Our services

We provide two services to business clients:

• PPC Market Intelligence — research into publicly visible paid search advertising activity across specified markets, delivered as a report or live data feed
• Organic Search Traffic — delivery of clicks to your website from organic search, on agreed search terms, verified in your own Google Analytics

The specific terms of each engagement — including search terms, locations, pricing, and duration — are agreed in writing before any work begins.

PPC Market Intelligence — specific terms

• Market reports are based on observed public advertising activity and reflect what was visible at the time of research
• We do not access, report on, or make claims about any client’s private Google Ads account data
• Report scope, keyword coverage, and research duration are agreed before the engagement begins
• Live data feeds remain active for the duration of the agreed research period
• We make no guarantee that any specific competitor will appear in any report — we report what is publicly visible

Organic Search Traffic — specific terms

• Search terms are agreed in writing before the campaign begins and are exclusive to your business in your market for the duration of the agreement
• Clicks are verified using a unique tracking term visible in your own Google Analytics
• You are invoiced only for clicks that arrive at your website as recorded in your analytics
• Price per click is fixed at the agreed rate and does not change based on competitor activity
• A £10 activation deposit is required to begin. This is applied against your first invoice
• Volume may be capped by agreement. Clicks above your cap may be allocated to other clients
• Campaigns run month to month. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice
• Search engine rankings are organic and subject to natural fluctuation. We charge only for clicks that arrive — if fewer clicks arrive, you pay less

Payment

Payment terms are agreed per engagement. Invoices are issued monthly for traffic services and on agreed milestones for research services. Late payment may result in suspension of the service.

Intellectual property

Market intelligence reports produced for a client are for that client’s internal use. They may not be resold or redistributed without written permission. The research methodology, tools, and systems used to produce reports remain the property of HM Optimisation mBrain.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, or return on investment from our services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
